Congratulations to Sally upon passing the City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment.  Letting Solutions are now qualified to provide you with your Energy Performance Certificates for your properties, as we will shortly be accredited with NHER.

29.05.2008 - LANDLORDS – ARE YOU READY FOR EPCs?

The requirement for Energy Performance Certificates for rental property will come into effect from 01st October 2008, all rental properties with a new tenancy in England and Wales will be required to have an EPC.  This legislation will apply to social as well as private landlords.

Letting Solutions are currently undergoing in house training to gain the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment.  From mid July Letting Solutions will be qualified in providing Energy Performance Certificates for YOUR properties, we will be accredited with NHER (The National Home Energy Rating Scheme), and look forward to providing you with your EPC as soon as possible, to ensure that you comply with the law when it comes in.  PLEASE CONTACT LETTING SOLUTIONS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
